In order to activate your NetID, you will need your Student ID number. Please note it can take 3-5 business days to receive your Student ID after you accept the offer of admission and pay the $250 enrollment deposit. New students who are starting in Summer or Fall will receive their Student ID number in February. The ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Student ID number will be located on your admitted student portal once it has been processed.

If you are new to the ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ and have activated your NetID, please request your student Gmail account from Warner IT by completing an . If you have an existing ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ email account as a student or employee, you will continue to use this email address as a Warner student.

A University ID card provides access to LeChase Hall and specific student areas within the building. ID cards can be obtained at the once you have arrived on campus. If you are a current ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ student or employee, you may use your current ID card. Please contact cardswipe@warner.rochester.edu once you have started your program to have building access added.

There is no need to re-register. The University Health Service (UHS) department has two requirements for all entering students to complete prior to the start of classes at the ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ. When signing up for your UHS account, you must use your ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ email address. 

If you don't have an existing ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ email address, all new students are assigned a first.last@warner.rochester.edu alias (example: John.Smith@warner.rochester.edu) that can be used for UHS. This email is forwarded to the email address you used on your application until you sign up for your official ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ email address.

What is UHSConnect?

UHSConnect is the easiest and most convenient way to connect with University Health Service (UHS) and University Counseling Center (UCC) healthcare providers. It is a secure web portal designed to provide secure, confidential, NON-URGENT e-communications between providers and patients.

UHSConnect can be used to get messages, visit summaries, lab and other test results, and immunization records from your UHS/UCC provider. Once you have registered for UHSConnect, you will receive an email any time a UHS or UCC provider sends you a secure message.

The Fall 2024 New Student orientation presentation provides new students with valuable instructions, resources, and upcoming events to help them get started on their academic journey with the Warner School.

The Certification & Licensure orientation presentation offers resources to assist new students in navigating the New York State certification and licensure processes for those who anticipate working in public schools in a teaching, school counseling, building, or district leadership position.

The Campus Mail Center offers most of the services that a regular post office offers, and it ships and receives mail using USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. We recognize that the transition to studying in the United States presents unique opportunities and challenges for international students. During the late summer, all incoming international students are required to participate in the Warner School international orientation. This program aims to help students become familiar with the school, university and Rochester community. At the Warner School, there are a variety resources and support are available, including an international student affinity group and other student organizations to help you adjust to a new culture.
